SCÖGAN restores and reimagines classic Land Rover Defenders and Series trucks for owners who want a machine with modern power and uncompromising craft — built one at a time.
A SCÖGAN build is a ground-up restomod: the classic body and character of a Land Rover, engineered around a modern drivetrain, wiring, and finish that hold up to daily driving.
SCÖGAN is a Miami restoration house devoted to the classic Land Rover. Our work runs the full range — from complete frame-off, ground-up commissions reimagined around modern V8 power, wiring, paint, and interior for private clients, to the mechanical sorting, repair, and revival that keeps many more Defenders and Series trucks on the road.
Over the years we've delivered bespoke builds for owners across the country and quietly fixed, revived, and improved a long list of Land Rovers that came to us needing more than a chain shop could give. Every commission is taken in limited numbers and built in-house, so each vehicle carries the same standard of craft from bare chassis to final road test.
We don't turn out volume. We build machines meant to outlast the expectations of the people who own them.
Full in-house restoration — nothing farmed out to a chain of shops. [REPLACE: adjust to your exact service mix.]
Complete disassembly, chassis and bulkhead restoration, and a rebuild to a standard that outlasts the original.
Modern V8 conversions with matched transmission, transfer case, cooling, and tuning — engineered to drive right, not just start.
Bespoke color, bodywork, and interior. Grille, upholstery, and finish specified with the client, build by build.
We define the truck: donor, drivetrain, color, interior, and budget — in writing before anything is touched.
Frame-off disassembly and a full condition audit. You see exactly what the vehicle needs.
Chassis, drivetrain, wiring, bodywork, and paint — completed in phases with progress documented.
Final sorting, road testing, and handover of a finished, sorted, ready-to-drive Land Rover.

Commissions are taken in limited numbers so each truck gets the shop's full attention. Tell us what you have in mind.
